本公司将加强互联网数据的备份和保存工作。对于其它第三方平台中关于本公司的信息，本公司不负责数据的备份。相反地，本公司信息随时面临被第三方平台删除的风险（比如近期本公司编辑在figshare平台上使用了一年的账户，突然被该平台全部删除，本公司相应地在自己网站上也删除了figshare的相关信息）。本公司负责定期备份的互联网数据包括：本公司网站、GitHub中的公司仓储库、Blogger，而且这些备份数据可以便捷地转移至新的服务器（如有需要）。这三个互联网平台数据不仅是本公司的宝贵数字资产，而且还是本公司Crossref账户中注册DOI的导向网页。根据Crossref数据库中最新的元数据目录，本公司计划为Blog类型文档注册DOI。
The Company will strengthen the backup and retention of our own internet data. With respect to information about the Company on other third-party platforms, our Company has no responsibility for such data backups. Conversely, our Company's information is subject at any time to the risk of being deleted by third-party platforms (for example, recently our company editor’s account, which had been used on the figshare platform for one year, was suddenly deleted in its entirety by the platform; accordingly, our Company also deleted the relevant information about figshare from our own website). The internet data for which the Company is responsible for regular backups include: the Company's website, the Company's repository on GitHub, and Blogger; these backed-up data can be conveniently transferred to new servers if needed. The data on these three internet platforms constitute not only valuable digital assets for the Company, but also associate the landing pages for the DOIs registered in the Company's Crossref account. According to the latest metadata scheme in the Crossref database, the Company plans to register DOIs for the content of Blog type. |
