本公司参照本地最新的科技计划指导政策，调整了今后研究课题的工作流程：1.完成项目申报书撰写（要求至少15000字英文，研究背景内容详实，明确需要填补的研究空白），并且存放在Zenodo；2.在Open Science Framework平台注册preregistration类型的研究计划（正式立项）；3.按照项目申报书的计划时间完成研究课题，把初稿（Preprint）上传至Zenodo，以及把研究数据一并上传（要求至少30000字英文的实证型学术专著，系统而专深地进行分析、论述）；4.Preprint在公共开放科学平台存放至少一个月后，通过平台审核并且可以在平台检索，则把学术专著以一篇期刊论文形式正式发表，注册Crossref的期刊论文类型DOI；5.与学术专著相关的辅助文档，包括数据库和数据集，软件代码，图片，表格，一起注册Crossref的Database和Datasets类型DOI；6.学术专著正式发表2年之后，若无异议，撰写结题报告并且在Open Science Framework平台注册Open-End类型课题以结题。因此本公司最新承担的一项研究课题，根据计划需要在明年9月份做最后的回顾和结题，之后再开始新的研究课题。

本公司已经注意到了本地最新科技计划指导政策的可喜变化，不仅废止了与《民营经济促进法》不一致的条款，而且对于民营有限责任公司的研究课题主持人，不再设置高学历和高级职称的门槛要求（破除过去“唯学历”、“唯职称”的做法）。本公司将来还会关注香港科技指导政策，并且相应制定研究课题的工作流程。

In alignment with the latest local science and technology guidance policies, our company has adjusted the workflow for future research projects as follows: 1. Complete the preparation of a research proposal (requiring at least 15,000 words in English, with detailed research background and clear identification of the research gaps to be addressed), and then deposit it on Zenodo; 2. Register the research plan as a ‘pre-registration’ study on the Open Science Framework; 3. Complete the research project according to the timeline planned in the research proposal, upload the preprint to Zenodo, and simultaneously upload the research data (requiring at least 30,000 words in English as an empirical monograph featuring systematic and in-depth analysis and discussion); 4. After the preprint has been stored on the public open science platforms for at least one month, and has passed the platform's check, becoming retrievable on the platform, it is to formally publish the academic monograph as a journal article and register a DOI for the journal article via Crossref; 5. Register the auxiliary documents related to the academic monograph – including databases and datasets, software code, images, and tables – with the ‘Database’ and ‘Datasets’ DOIs via Crossref; 6. At least two years after the formal publication of the academic monograph, if there are no objections, it is to draft a project finalization report and register the project as an ‘Open-End’ study on the Open Science Framework to complete the project. Therefore, the latest research project conducted by our company is scheduled to undergo a final review and to be finalized by September next year, after which new research projects will be initiated.

Our company has noted the positive changes in the latest local science and technology policy guidelines: not only repeal inconsistency with the Private Economy Promotion Act, but also remove the requirement of postgraduate degrees and senior professional credentials as prerequisites for a scientist in charge of a research project, who works in private limited liability companies. Moving forward, our company will also pay attention to Hong Kong's science and technology policy and accordingly adjust appropriate workflow procedures for its research projects.
